Real applications I've built and rebuilt for clients — and what I can build for you.
Client projects built end to end — frontend, backend, database, and deployment.
The full employee lifecycle — people, attendance, leave, and payroll — in one system.
A growing company was running HR operations across disconnected tools and spreadsheets — no single source of truth for employee records, attendance, leave, or payroll.
Architected and built the platform end to end: a server-side-rendered Next.js frontend on a modular NestJS backend with a PostgreSQL data layer and JWT role-based access control. Containerized with Docker, automated build/test/deploy through GitHub Actions, served behind Nginx in a production cloud environment with monitoring.
Role: architect & sole full-stack developer — design to production.
A production platform rebuilt on a modern React 18 foundation the team fully owns.
The product was locked into low-code platform dependencies — hard to extend, hard to maintain, and impossible for the team to truly own or evolve.
Led the end-to-end migration into a custom React 18 ecosystem with Redux and a feature-sliced architecture. Owned the full cycle — development and code review through Dockerized builds and production deployment.
Role: lead developer — migration strategy through production.
A hiring platform moved from a low-code prototype to a real stack — 40% faster than estimated.
The applicant-tracking product had outgrown the low-code builder it was prototyped on — the team needed a codebase they could extend, test, and deploy on their own terms.
Managed the technical transition to a custom React and Node.js stack, using AI-augmented development (Cursor, Claude Code) for high-speed prototyping — cutting the estimated timeline by roughly 40% — and set up the CI/CD pipeline for automated, repeatable deployments.
Role: technical lead for the migration — stack, code, and pipeline.
Real-time matching between riders and drivers — from first commit to a live environment.
A ride-sharing concept needed a working MVP: live rider–driver matching with state kept in sync across every device, solid enough to run in the real world.
Engineered the full stack with real-time state synchronization over WebSockets — the matching logic between riders and drivers, responsive interfaces for both sides, and deployment to a live environment.
Role: sole full-stack engineer — matching logic to live deployment.
Every engagement is delivered end to end: requirements, architecture, implementation, and deployment.
Complete products — Next.js or Angular frontends, NestJS or Express APIs, and the right database for the job — with auth, dashboards, and admin panels, live on your domain.
Modern, responsive, accessible interfaces — whether that's a new UI from a design file, or rescuing an aging frontend with a clean React or Angular rebuild.
Backends in Node.js, Express, or NestJS with third-party integrations, and clean data models in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Azure Cosmos DB that scale with your product.
CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps and AWS, hosting, custom domains, HTTPS, and post-launch support — so the project doesn't end at "the code works on my machine."
These are client projects, so live demos and details are shared on request — tell me about your project and I'll show you the most relevant work.
